An OFW friend of mine was waxing eloquent on the volume of remittances he has to send back home every month. He was trying to sound serious but it was hard to believe that he actually kept track of all the remittances he has been sending. I just listened to his blabber and when he was gone I asked my other friend if he believed all that he had to say. My friend looked at me and said that though he wasn’t sure if that guy actually sent home that much money but he certainly believed him when he said that he was keeping track. I was surprised I asked him how that could be possible if one send money on a weekly basis to different people. To this my friend told me about remit2Home’s Status tracker. This tracker allows the users to track the status of their remittance online so that they know when exactly their beneficiary has received the money sent by them. It also helps in checking up the history of all past transactions, just like a bank passbook.
When I logged on to my account later in the evening I found each word of my friend turning true. I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied.
